This is a credible one-mouse route for someone who already suits the Naga shape and regularly changes control schemes. The upgrade is less convincing for a buyer who stays in one genre, uses only a couple of side buttons or wants a lighter FPS-first shape.

The G305 X is more interesting as a shape-and-connection update than as a simple performance upgrade. It could provide a lighter route for people who already suit the G305 shape, but it still needs ordinary classification and recommendation testing before entering the finder.
